The measurable outcomes from our project with Ditstek Innovations include significant improvements in efficiency, organization, and compliance tracking. The software has helped streamline our workflow for state-required testing, reduce the amount of manual administrative work, and improve our ability to track testing requirements and deadlines.Processes that previously required multiple manual steps, spreadsheets, follow-up emails, and individual record checks have become much more streamlined and centralized. We’ve been able to process a higher volume of compliance-related work without adding the same level of administrative workload. The software has also given our team much better visibility into upcoming testing requirements, completed tests, outstanding items, and reporting deadlines, which has helped reduce the risk of items being overlooked.Overall, Ditstek Innovations has helped us move from a largely manual compliance process to a much more organized, trackable, and scalable system.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team very clearly understood the vision we had of the app and has supported that vision with valuable insight, queries and creativity of their own. They've been communicative and extremely fast to respond, as well as quick to deliver work. User flows haven't taken more than 2-3 rounds of light editing, and all steps have been well-thought out. Additionally, the team is extremely detail-oriented and has not missed or forgotten any elements discussed.

Our Phase 1 is nearing completion and we are extremely happy with the output, as well as impressed with the speed at which it was completed

Ditstek is extremely quick to deliver on agreed upon materials. We have met twice a week (although we were offered the option to meet every day), and there are always more than an hour's worth of updates and materials to review in each meeting. Addtionally, we receive daily communication with all updates and statuses. There is clearly progress being made each day

We were expecting to need to reiterate points or carefully explain the vision and branding. Ditstek is shockingly good at immediately understanding what you're trying to express - even when you mention small details in passing - and then bringing that to life. We didn't have a single moment where we felt unheard or misunderstood.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ditstek Innovations could have done differently?

I would recommend that the team collects any details that their clients have on the item being developed prior to the first meeting - Ditstek was incredible in hitting the ground running with concepts, branding, and mockups, but hadn't realized we had already done some of this leg work prior to working with them. Very useful as a client if you have no idea what you want your idea to look like - but could save them some time to check this first!
