It included specific logins for team members with varying access levels, full CRM capabilities, automation for open orders tracking time in and time out for rental items, inventory management with reservation system, a robust reporting system, events and ticketing, membership management, and much more.

We were assigned a project manager who communicated progress regularly. We set deliverable goals and these were generally achieved within the designated time frame. Our needs were well met, and we were able to deploy the software when desired.

They are great about keeping to a timeline while being agile and making changes as our needs change. They were able to include several add ons and changes with little effect to the total scope of work. They were very organized and attentive to our needs. Have hired Ditstek for two phases of our project:

-Phase 1 is to design and map our mobile and web applications. This includes support from UI/UX as well as solid understanding of the Influencer/UGC space and attention to detail of the userflow. -Phase 2 is to build each of these variables according to the blueprints established in Phase 1

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team very clearly understood the vision we had of the app and has supported that vision with valuable insight, queries and creativity of their own. They've been communicative and extremely fast to respond, as well as quick to deliver work. User flows haven't taken more than 2-3 rounds of light editing, and all steps have been well-thought out. Additionally, the team is extremely detail-oriented and has not missed or forgotten any elements discussed.

Our Phase 1 is nearing completion and we are extremely happy with the output, as well as impressed with the speed at which it was completed

Ditstek is extremely quick to deliver on agreed upon materials. We have met twice a week (although we were offered the option to meet every day), and there are always more than an hour's worth of updates and materials to review in each meeting. Addtionally, we receive daily communication with all updates and statuses. There is clearly progress being made each day

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were expecting to need to reiterate points or carefully explain the vision and branding. Ditstek is shockingly good at immediately understanding what you're trying to express - even when you mention small details in passing - and then bringing that to life. We didn't have a single moment where we felt unheard or misunderstood.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ditstek Innovations could have done differently?

I would recommend that the team collects any details that their clients have on the item being developed prior to the first meeting - Ditstek was incredible in hitting the ground running with concepts, branding, and mockups, but hadn't realized we had already done some of this leg work prior to working with them. Very useful as a client if you have no idea what you want your idea to look like - but could save them some time to check this first!

We developed a mobile application for our clients that allowed them to track leadership time in a field, otherwise known as VFL (Visible Felt Leadership). Part of this engagement was to develop an interactive dashboard and leaderboard that would gamify the engagement of their workforce on the app.
