We provide additive manufacturing services for industry. I am co - owner resonsible for sales and marketing.

For what projects/services did your company hire Casbeg?

We hired Casbeg to help us devlop our sales and marketing services.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to rise number of generarted leads (both from out bound and inbound) and rise the conversions from lead to deals.

How did you select Casbeg?

I saw the interview with Bartek Maewski - Head of Casbeg and decided to have a talk with him. After it I decided to hier Casbeg.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We have weekly online meetings with Casbeg where we talk about our challlanges and how to improve our sales and marketing proccess. This is kind of constatnt improvement long term project.

What was the team composition?

We are working with one main consultant and if we need any special advices in certain field other experts are joing us for the meetings.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We doubled our sales in years 2018 / 2019 and now we are growing consistently.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

This is very effective workflow based on good communication and close relationship.,

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Casbeg has excellent consultancy experience.

I run a one-man business in which I try to provide clients with services related to broadly understood information security, both in organizational and technical terms.

For what projects/services did your company hire Casbeg?

Casbeg was asked to help develop the company on the local and national market.

What were your goals for this project?

Increasing the number of leads and conversions from sent offers, "appearing" in the network, building my image and company as an expert in the field of GDPR and IT.

How did you select this vendor?

Michał Sola contacted me. I remembered a man through a very accessible and interesting way of communication. After nearly a year, I remembered about him and called on linkedin. Then I learned about the existence of Casbeg.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

As part of the cooperation, we relied on weekly talks and implementation of the agreed plan. During implementation, I could count on ongoing help by e-mail and telephone. In addition, in specific cases I received proposals for solutions, including choosing the right CRM

What was the team composition?

At the beginning of the cooperation, the team de facto consisted of 3 people, 2 of whom remained in the long run 2. For my part, I consider the contribution to cooperation as appropriate, while the employee did not show such enthusiasm. Among others, for this reason, I no longer work :)

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Thanks to this cooperation of several months, I have increased my knowledge in the field of business conduct and the specifics of sales and marketing processes. By examining specific cases "case by case" I now have experience and I know how to react if similar cases appear in the future.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

As part of our cooperation, we relied on Google hangouts calls and email contact. We developed the documents using Google Docs. The deadlines were met with slight delays in sales topics.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Visible experience. They had a real willingness to help in the development of the company.  commitment to solving obstacles encountered. Just cool people.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don't feel competent enough to point out things to improve. According to me everything is great.
