They provide great hand-holding and expectation setting,  offer suggestions and expertise, and provide ideas for testing to improve results.

Better monitoring and improved pricing models as AI solutions become more cost-competitive. We had an issue with our campaign, in which the campaign was not active, and was not picked up for a number of weeks, losing opportunities. It is good to note that they rectified and compensated us for this issue.
