With the Special Delete Manager for iCAS you have the possibility to delete archive data before the expiration of the retention period in a GDPR-compliant way. I am a marketing manager. Core task: lead management.

For what projects/services did your company hire AI Bees?

We hired AI Bees for lead generation via LinkedIn. Our target groups are end customer lead and partner leads. We wanted to generate more qualified leads, reach out to new target groups, position our solutions and strengthen our position in the storage market.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal is to reach out to our target group i Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Benelux and in the future the north american market. Our aim is to nurture the lead's interest and arrange meetings with them in order to win new projects and raise revenue. We also want to raise the awareness for our company and position us as a leading provider for archive storage solutions.

How did you select AI Bees?

We found AI Bees via google and had an presentation meeting with them. We were very impressed and fully conviced by the quality od the marketing possibilities with AI Bees and hired them. The price was good, so we hired them.

We had an onboarding meeting where we discussed about our goals and target groups. The team supported us in all possible areas. We got to know all the features, functions and benefits, we saw how the tool works, created LinkedIn searches togehter, made a plan for marketing campaigns. Our contact person gives us excellent support in setting up and optimizing campaigns on a weekly basis. We received optimized sequence templates.

The contact persons also monitors our activities and gives us excellent advise and support. This way, we were able to arrange high-quality meetings and opportunities to sell our products. We are very satisfied with our contact person.

I work with our AI Bees contact person and several sales people from our company who are using the AI Bees dashboard.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We reached out to new target groups which we weren't able to reach out to before we worked with AI Bees. We were able to better position our solutions in our target market and raised the awraeness for our products.

We arrange high-quality meetings and new sales opportunities. The users connected to the AI Bees dashboard were able to expand their LinkedIn network, creating synergy effects.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our contact at AI Bees supports us exellently in all areas of our AI Bees marketing activities. She understands our goals and target groups and supports us in setting up new campaigns, gives advice how to optimize our campaign and of course how to optimally use the tool (blacklist etc.). We also receive advise how to optimally set up the LinkedIn searches in order to gain better results.

Technical settings are managed by AI Bees which our work better and faster and really helps us a lot. We also received optimized templates for sequence and invite messages, making it possible to us to strengthen our marketing message. We have meeting via Zoom on a weekly basis where we discuss optimization possibilities, new features and open questions.

We also receive reports on our activities on a weekly basis. We are very satisfied with our AI Bees contact person. That's why we purchased new licenses for additional sales colleagues and plan new licenses for the future.

We love the excellent support from  AI Bees as they have provided great results in our campaigns.

AI bees is in charge of different campaigns on LinkedIn to find new customers for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, they try to find the best contact people from good companies. Those are our target audience. They start conversations with these people, asking them if they’re interested in taking 15-minute calls to discuss our account management product. Overall, AI bees try to collect leads for us.

We work with 2–3 people from AI bees, including Ria (Head of Account Management), who’s our main contact person. Another person does the main work on LinkedIn and takes our standard script to their automation tool.

How did you come to work with AI bees?

AI bees was recommended by another company that used them before, so it was an easy decision for us to hire them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spend between $1,500–$3,000 per month. 

What is the status of this engagement?

They started the campaigns in August 2020, and the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

In terms of metrics, we have a coordination meeting with AI bees every two weeks where they hand over new leads. So far, they’ve handed over 70 hot leads. They always give us an evaluation of how many people they’ve contacted, and how many people they’ve talked to. We check and discuss those things to improve our work, and they’ve always been transparent about what they’ve done. On top of that, we’ve been very satisfied with the leads they provide.

How did AI bees perform from a project management standpoint?

We use email to communicate, and they have an Excel spreadsheet in the cloud. Everyone can make notes, so it’s easy to stay in touch with the whole team. We always try to work together, and it’s been very easy. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their scale is the most impressive thing about them. They contact so many people that I can’t contact by myself even in five years. They use an automation tool to contact those people, and that’s why they’re very productive. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Always check AI bees’ conversations, and make examples of different situations that can improve the script they’re using. This will help them understand your business better. Checking their work on LinkedIn is normal because they can’t automatically know what product you offer.

Our company is a network-centric service provider with a focus on public Cloud access for the Enterprise through our DCX Cloud Exchange. I am a Sr. Sales Consultant working with prospective customers assisting them with their Cloud initiatives.

For what projects/services did your company hire AI Bees, and what were your goals?

Our goal was simple; during the height of COVID in 2020 find a way to engage with prospective customers via LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I reviewed some options, and AI Bees appeared to be the best solution.

How did you select AI Bees and what were the deciding factors?

AI Bees offered a program that aligned to our budget and addressed the objectives of our outreach program.

The scope was leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator to communicate messaging to a large group of people. This was executed using an initial connection message followed by two sequencing messages.

Prior to deploying the solution, AI Bees provided a virtual demo of the entire system process followed by a couple of follow on Q&A phone calls. Their technology is very easy to use and has good reporting functionality.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Initially I worked with a Sales Manager, Katherine who provided the demo and described the available service options and pricing. She also addressed all our initial questions and was the point of contact before deploying the solution.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The objective was to contact 3,000 people who were decision makers within their companies for the initial 3 campaigns. This was conducted during the better part of 2020. The response rate for people who connected with me via LinkedIn was 20%+. Of the respondents ~7% resulted in live conversations, virtual meetings.

AI Bees was quite proactive and responsive. Weekly reports were generated through their dashboard and delivered every Monday morning via email. The dashboard was always available to us and we could make changes to the campaigns if needed.

Once the service was deployed, AI Bess provided a dedicated Account Manager. The Account Manager worked with us to set up the campaigns including selection of the total addressable market. This including reviewing contact levels, titles, departments, etc.

The Account Manager also supported a weekly progress meeting to review the results of the campaign from the prior week and discuss any changes needed. The Account Manager was very helpful and willing to meet our timeframes for deployments and reporting. We found the Account Managers to be professional and easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

AI Bees are very willing to accommodate our needs. They were amenable to making changes especially when it came to a more targeted outreach approach versus a general broadcast to potential contacts. The Account Managers acted as though they had a vested interest in our success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were pleased with the service, it met our objectives. The only concern we had was the change of Account Managers (4) during the year we engaged with AI Bees. We realize this is difficult to control, but continuity is always good when you have a good person supporting you.

Secucloud is an IT security provider in Germany, providing DNS-based security solutions to service providers and large telecom carriers. The company has other services in its portfolio — it provides managed security solutions to partners that sell them to end customers. These include antivirus, antispam, URL filtering solutions, and so on. I was the sales director for the EMEA region.

What challenge were you trying to address with AI Bees?

We were identifying and expanding to other countries, and we went to AI Bees to find service providers in those countries.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We ran different campaigns in various countries, including in Asia—in Malaysia, Singapore, and so on—the US, Latin America, Central Europe, and the Middle East. We had several solutions before AI Bees, and we used them for LinkedIn campaigns to find relevant product managers and IT specialists. AI Bees sent them invitations, combined with emails.

In the beginning, over a period of three weeks, they had us define our targets, countries, message templates, and so on. We did A/B testing on the templates to decide which was best.

What is the team composition?

One of their salespeople pitched us the solution. After we decided to go with them, we were assigned one marketing person, one project manager, and a content manager. There were around five people from AI Bees involved in total.

How did you come to work with AI Bees?

We searched online for campaign and sales solutions, and I believe that the category name was “lead generation solutions”. We found a couple of options for the German market, since having at least one German-speaking employee on their side was desirable for us. We ran proof of concepts with other solutions, but AI Bees did the best job.

AI Bees’ salesperson told us during the initial presentation that the project would be completely under their responsibility: they’d make the content, templates, and everything else. That was the main reason for choosing AI Bees, outside of pricing or anything else: we could completely outsource the service to them.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost of their work was $30,000–$40,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with AI Bees in August 2019, and we worked with them until December 2020. I’m not working with my company anymore, but Secucloud is still using their services for different kinds of projects.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had three people on our sales team actively use the solution. Our goal was to have seven meetings per month for each salesperson, which totaled about 20 meetings per month. AI Bees almost always hit our goal. There were some slow periods, especially in the summertime when everybody was on holiday, but the average was 18 meetings per month.

How did AI Bees perform from a project management standpoint?

We didn’t have a project pipeline. We trusted AI Bees to deliver the solution and to employ the use cases they considered best. They did a very good job with the project in their hands.

There were feedback calls every week, and we went through all the messaging and A/B testing with them step by step. This gave us the chance to give AI Bees our immediate feedback each week, and they did a really good job.

What did you find most impressive about them?

First of all, I felt really comfortable working with AI Bees. They took all the responsibility from us, so we didn’t have to invest that much time into the solution. We’d used other services, and there were lots of things that we had to do to support them. In the end, AI Bees delivered hot leads, with already-arranged meetings in our schedules.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t know whether their pricing is fair for the market because we stopped looking after we decided on them.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

They had market experience and always hit the target for us. We’d sometimes propose using our own templates, but they told us that our messages were too long and that we were using keywords that wouldn’t get clients’ attention. My advice is to completely trust AI Bees.

I’m the director and co-founder of Margin Business INC. We’re an Amazon-based e-commerce company. We translate, write, and optimize listings for Amazon. We try to help our customers to grow, and now produce work in seven languages.

Our package included a set number of meetings. From the beginning, I worked with an account manager. First, they did a discovery phase to dig deeper into why my customers are hard to find. We did research on where our target audience is, what they do, and how many of them are out there. This was the extent of the persona search.

Afterward, they created a file that we uploaded on LinkedIn. We contacted people on LinkedIn, and they also did some email marketing. Their team handled all the copywriting. They have data experts who were there at every step.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As a result of the efforts, they contacted about 7,000 people through LinkedIn. From there we had some good leads and not-so-good leads, but that’s pretty normal. We had 40 meetings and gained many clients. This was much more effective for me than using Google Ads. Their work was really effective and correct.

How did AI Bees perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team always hit deadlines. Every week we met with our account manager on the phone. If I didn’t have time, they’d send all the data through email. This allowed me to see all the metrics and LinkedIn replies. I corresponded with the data experts three times a month.

Most of the time, our account manager had to follow up on me to check if everything was fine. AI Bees was always looking to see how we could improve so we could produce the best results. They searched the database on LinkedIn to find consumers that matched my business, which is really hard to do.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They took really good care of us. The CEO of the company broke down the whole engagement and process to me with thorough details and by answering my questions. Everyone was there 24/7; they were there day and night. They provided great customer care and never failed to contact me once a week.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We work with a lot of languages. Maybe for the future, it’d be beneficial if they had a language team that could contact people through many languages.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Definitely go for email and LinkedIn marketing. Make sure AI Bees understands your objectives because they need that information to help you achieve your goals. You can’t just throw things at them and ask them to complete them. Work with them to collaborate and finish the project. Your business is unique from any other business.
