it was a part of research project and I was working on this project as a IT-consulter and product manager.

we are passing the way from a research project to a market product. our engine was in older version and they help us to upgrade to the new version and after that we made a contract for a dedicated developer to fix the issues and may small custom developments.

they have very interesting add-ons for the social network which some of them is hard to find by another concurrence like google map and it had good optics. we bought lots of add-ons from them and therefore we preferred to work with them because they have better knowledge about the code.

- upgrade the our Engine(SE) and their addons: once - php zend framework -helping in establishing versioning infrastructure and stage server (github) - bug and issue fixing(php ,css ,java script)

mainly I am related with 3 people(sales, project manager and dedicated developer). but sometimes the support of other team members are there. simultaneously the ticket system of company support is available for us, I use it rarely now because the developer fulfill our needs.

Approximately 5 - 7 daily issues fixing -1 or 2 day for upgrading the whole system - deploying on stage and live servers every 3 days ---------- the good things about them is they are supportive and like to solve the problems even if it is not always their wish or it is not a usual case for them. in some cases they help in finding a solution and let the project continue. in some cases, the developer solves the UI problem himself which was my duty to say how.

- In our case is a daily schedule of to do list - we are able to be in contact online daily - we have some feedback meetings - we can openly discuss about problems, etc.

The most impressive thing about them is their motivation to do the job.

Yes, there are always places for improvement. It will be great if they could deliver the results with fewer errors than now. it is not measurable but it makes a big effect in the customer side. It boosts the customer. - we discuss every issue easily but a small documentation system will be a plus point. officially documented plan, reasons in technical decisions, etc. (A5), They are agile but document help to plan and think better about decisions. - they have lots of positive complex add-ons but as a user, it is hard to understand them, some kind of small documentation or short you tube videos, etc is great.
