Yalantis’ team overcame any issues that arose and ensured they wouldn’t happen again. Moreover, everything went smoothly, and we communicated well throughout the process by sharing our feedback. Regarding tools, we used Zoom for daily meetings to discuss the project’s progress, email to send documents, and Testflight to test the app on our phones. Yalantis’ team was fantastic in many aspects, but their willingness to be transparent with their feedback was their biggest attribute. Therefore, they gave us suggestions to improve the concept of the ideas we had, which I liked because it didn’t feel like they were only receiving orders — they were an active professional partner.

Our workflow is incredibly simple. Building software is complicated, and failing to articulate goals precisely leaves too much room for interpretation.
