GPO Tech (GPO OÜ) is a software engineering company in Tallinn, Estonia: six senior engineers who have worked together since 2018, led by founder and CTO Petro Gordiievych — 15+ years of Java and Kotlin backend engineering, previously on the core payment platform team at Wise.
What we build
Fintech: payment integrations (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Revolut and others) and event-driven backends. Our engineers worked on a US market-surveillance platform from 2021 to 2026: 20+ data sources, 20–80 events per second, 99.99% uptime, production in the EU and the US.
Healthtech: patient apps over Bluetooth, clinician systems and device firmware. A therapy device, patient app and doctor CRM for PulseV (100+ users, first stage in 15 days). Native iOS and Android apps for a medical ECG watch with data kept in the EU.
AI and SaaS: voice agents and LLM automation with a human in the loop. Modern Voice, a voice AI sales-training SaaS on OpenAI Realtime and ElevenLabs, went from zero to production in two months and has 100+ agencies and 400+ users. AI email triage and CRM agents for Estonian companies.
IoT and energy: boards, ESP32 and STM firmware with OTA updates, cloud and apps. Our own GPO Home smart-heating platform runs about 900 devices for 300+ customers. LoRaWAN street lighting for Uniot: 40 lights, 20–40% energy saving.
Stack: Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Rust, Angular, Kotlin Multiplatform, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, ESP32, MQTT, LoRaWAN, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.
How we work: a free discovery call, then a one-week AI prototype sprint or a dedicated squad of 3–7 engineers working only on your product. Weekly increments with a working demo, a 3-month warranty after delivery. 14 products built from scratch, 26+ projects, 4 apps in the App Store and Google Play, clients in Estonia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Germany and the US.

Founder, CEO and CTO. 15+ years of backend engineering in Java and Kotlin, MSc in Electronics (KPI). Previously on the core payment platform team at Wise. Architect of most GPO projects; reviews architecture and code on every engagement.
Anatolii TurovskyiLead Electronics & Firmware Engineer, PhD
Lead Electronics & Firmware Engineer, PhD. Designs boards and firmware for ESP32 and STM microcontrollers in C, C++ and Python: OTA updates, BLE and NFC provisioning, sensor integration. Built the controller boards behind the GPO Home platform.
