      Nils, our account executive, has been great. He’s super responsive and has an excellent technical understanding. He’s also customer service-focused and flexible. He understands the situation and urgency of things when they don’t fall into the standard process and provides excellent support when things don’t go according to plan. Be open and flexible to hear alternative answers. Especially if you’re not a technical professional, you may think you need a website, but maybe you need Microsoft SharePoint or something else. Be open to understanding why they might suggest or not suggest something.
