      I would say two things. For one, they’re one of the few companies I’ve found with the experience in test systems and testing programs of our sort. QualityLogic seemed to be the one company that had the most relevant testing experience. They also wanted to dive into the smart goods space, which was great for us. Also, they have the right people on their team. Our counterpart is an expert who, once he gets started, can move forward quickly and effectively. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.

      If you ask what you’d ideally like to happen, they’d always be able to accommodate. When you’re forming the partnership, set out the ground rules and your own expectations. I’d advise having an open conversation about how closely they can meet those expectations, which is a testament to how flexible, knowledgeable, and caring they are in this line of work.
