      Once the project started, we set up a system that, every couple days, we would revisit progress to date, issues, or hurdles that we encountered and address decisions that needed to be made. We set out from the start to make it feel as though we were on the same team working together with open communication. Jason was great at being the quarterback for the flow of conversation. If we needed to talk to somebody on the team, those communication channels were open and available at any time.
