      Any time I raise a question or concern, I get a response the same day, or at the very worst, a message letting me know that they’ll start with it first thing the next day. Their ability to communicate is one of the real highlights of the partnership with them. Their lead developer contacts me every day to tell me what they’re working on and what they’ve accomplished, and he brings up any questions or concerns that he has so that we can talk through them as efficiently as possible.

      They were pretty good at communication. We worked most closely with the project manager. Sometimes, it would’ve been nice to have more direct contact with the developers. If we needed to talk to somebody on the team, those communication channels were open and available at any time.
