They went above and beyond the normal standard model. We set out from the start to make it feel as though we were on the same team working together with open communication. Jason was great at being the quarterback for the flow of conversation. If we needed to talk to somebody on the team, those communication channels were open and available at any time. They didn’t treat us like the traditional client. They treated us as team members, which was critically important in our situation. We were all in it together figuring out the most efficient way to do it. They were open and receptive to collaboration.
