      If anything, sometimes Ian is a little hardheaded and has a feeling of how something should happen. It can be rough around the edges with clients, particularly if they’re not used to dealing with somebody as straightforward as he is. However, I like Ian’s honesty and how he thinks — it’s one of the reasons why we see eye to eye.
