      The Orthoplex team has delivered every project on time. They are clear on expectations and have met some very difficult deadlines but have also been straight forward on what is possible and provides alternative strategies if the ask is not realistic in the time provided. We have weekly meetings but also frequently have off-cycle communication through email for smaller adjustments that may fall outside of the scope of the larger projects underway.
