Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Our proposed solution is an AI chatbot application that leverages the power of ChatGPT, a large language model (LLM), to offer personalized guidance and support to military members transitioning to civilian life. The scope of the work Zenkoders did was work with me (Founder) who drove the product vision, to help me design a UX and then build a functioning web application hosted in the cloud, using modern web development best practices.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Zenkoders first worked with me to understand the full scope and complexity of the project. Then they build a comprehensive project proposal. They then built a design of the site using figma. After tweaking and making improvements to the design, they built the software for the web application and the appropriate APIs needed for the capabilities I was requesting.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management was on point. They were transparent at every step of the way either on slack, or asking for a meeting at a time that worked for me. They have exceeded my expectations for how quickly they could build and deliver the site.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive part about this company is truly how great the people are. They are skilled tech workers who use the latest technologies and know how to implement them well. But why I love working with them is they are some of the kindest, most genuine people that I have worked with professionally. 

They have been consummate professionals at every step, and I look forward to chatting with them every time we meet. It shows they take pride in building lasting relationships with their customers and aren't in it just to make a profit. They love what they do and they have a great culture that seeps through in every meeting.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zenkoders could have done differently?

None that I can think of. I am likely more involved than most of their clients, trying to perfect every aspect of the application. And they have been understanding and patient at every step of the way.
