Zenkoders and my team iterated along the way when changes came up or there were decisions to be made relative to app functionality, future development and tech stack decisions.

The Zekoder team is very well adapated to project management. As offshore options go, I have never had a better experience. Their teams communicate effectively and helpfully. They delivered on time with few issues that were not expected or solvable as projects go.

At times offshore tech teams can be disconnected, hard to get ahold of, hard to communicate with or all of the above. Zenkoders stands up there with any onshore provider in terms of excellence relative to customer engagement. They are well trained and committed to a clear standard which I found refreshing and comforting. We were engaged over multiple months, iterations, and a few start and stops (due to issues on our end, not theirs) and they were always on the spot.

Things were not perfect, they rarely if ever are, but there were no areas of concern that would require me to list them or any that I think Zenkoder management is not committed to ensuring the best cusotmer experience.

Our proposed solution is an AI chatbot application that leverages the power of ChatGPT, a large language model (LLM), to offer personalized guidance and support to military members transitioning to civilian life. The scope of the work Zenkoders did was work with me (Founder) who drove the product vision, to help me design a UX and then build a functioning web application hosted in the cloud, using modern web development best practices.

Zenkoders first worked with me to understand the full scope and complexity of the project. Then they build a comprehensive project proposal. They then built a design of the site using figma. After tweaking and making improvements to the design, they built the software for the web application and the appropriate APIs needed for the capabilities I was requesting.

Their project management was on point. They were transparent at every step of the way either on slack, or asking for a meeting at a time that worked for me. They have exceeded my expectations for how quickly they could build and deliver the site.

The most impressive part about this company is truly how great the people are. They are skilled tech workers who use the latest technologies and know how to implement them well. But why I love working with them is they are some of the kindest, most genuine people that I have worked with professionally. 

They have been consummate professionals at every step, and I look forward to chatting with them every time we meet. It shows they take pride in building lasting relationships with their customers and aren't in it just to make a profit. They love what they do and they have a great culture that seeps through in every meeting.

None that I can think of. I am likely more involved than most of their clients, trying to perfect every aspect of the application. And they have been understanding and patient at every step of the way.
