Throughout the project, they also implemented new features, fixed bugs, and continuously refined the platform based on our feedback to prepare the app for launch.

The project resulted in a fully functional MVP with AI-powered fitness, nutrition, and recovery features. Throughout development, new functionality was continuously added and existing features were refined based on our feedback. The app has reached a stage where we can perform extensive user testing and iterate toward a production-ready release.

The team communicated clearly throughout the project and was always responsive to questions and feedback. They were open to making changes and continuously improved the product based on our input. While some features required multiple iterations due to the complexity of the AI functionality, they remained committed to resolving issues and keeping us updated on the progress. Overall, they were professional, collaborative, and easy to work with.

What stood out most was their willingness to collaborate and continuously improve the product based on feedback. The biggest area for improvement would be spending more time validating complex AI flows before marking features as complete. Because AI-driven applications require multiple iterations, some feedback points needed additional refinement. That said, the team was always open to feedback, responsive, and willing to continue improving the product until the desired result was achieved.

4. Development of structured system categories and item-level documentation workflows, allowing users to efficiently track and manage critical home assets.

The improvement could come from my end. Measurable outcomes was each stage of development of the website i.e linking the domain name, creating the menu/navigation bar and drop downs from these sections.
