Wrexa Technologies provided a core part of our toolkit by designing and building an engaging VR training module which used their experience in Unity. We gave them some very detailed technical requirements as well as all the design assets they needed to get started.

We then spent the next two weeks planning together and agreed upon a set of milestones for VR training development focused on specific parts of the build. They keep up with their work and regularly communicate with their project manager which helps keep all parties focused on deliverables, especially given the scope of such a technically challenging project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Wrexa Technologies has exhibited outstanding reliability and consistency over the course of the still-ongoing project. The timeline was going well, with no major delays. So far the milestones achieved gives us confidence that the end product will add immense value to our mission to give better healthcare access. We cannot wait to receive the feedback from our partners and beneficiaries once it is launched.

The structuring of the development process is around sprints and this is what you should see at each demo session as some meaningful progress. There are clear and constant communication, so we always know what challenges or changes happen around us.

We met our deadlines because the Wrexa team seamlessly provides helpful feedback and is flexible when we needed it. We feel a lot of confidence in their ability to take difficult technical problems and translate them into workable solutions.

They also played a significant role in the app's backend development and troubleshooting.

Wrexa Technologies created a custom plugin that enabled us to directly export Unity objects and experiences into the mobile app framework. They also developed a web-based backend for managing the app's content. Currently, they provide maintenance services as part of their contract.

They also collaborated effectively with our students during the development and design phases, and I am pleased with their attentiveness.
