Maxzones is a startup company which plan to deliver several digital solutions for companies and end users. I am the founder and managing partner of the company

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Wontonee?

When we started our startup journey, from first day we hired Wontonee for creating our digital identity both for idea stage to end point of creating last agreed deliveries.

What were your goals for this project?

So we were expecting them to create all our digital assets, such as website, mobile app pages creation, dashboard creation and our company logos(4 logo).

How did you select Wontonee?

We found Wontonee with an advice who worked with them before. They suggest me the company because of their good deliveries and close communication working style which I very like.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Actually I gave some details above, what else can I add; so they helped us for finding brand name for company and its some services, then they create logo base on the style what we defined in first stage. They created website for our company, they created our social media accounts, they designed and develop our next website, they created and start managing its social media accounts, they are still managing those accounts together with content creation. They also prepared a dashboard for our another project, and they designed 6 main screens of a mobile app

What was the team composition?

I worked with their company owner directly who has very big expertise on development and design area and I also worked very closely with one of their consultant for branding. They are working very professional and direct you to the best result.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For our main projects we do not live yet so I can not give any quantitative result but we as company very happy with the result. And for our other website our traffic was 345% increased after the implementation.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were meeting every day when we first try to handle our branding and digital asset, and each time when we need, we could reach them by phone or whatsapp. They were also answering the emails very fast. Now we are meeting once a week to plan next week for the social media and google ads. and still having good communicational experience with them

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their working style was very impressive for me, they were and still are always there when you need something, and their commitment level and the result success is also very high

Are there any areas for improvement?

I am looking for to see them in bigger roles, as they deserve
