Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a marketing coordinator at a bakery company that is based in Kuwait. We've been in business for 35 years. Recently, our company was bought by another firm which is based in Dubai.

What challenge were you trying to address withWeblogySphere?

WeblogySphere provides design services. They create the designs for our truck branding, packaging materials, signages, and more. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team's design services are focused on our packaging, branding, rebranding, and revamping efforts. We usually tell WeblogySphere our requirements and how we want things to be done.

After that, we give them the samples and the base images they can use. We also give them other basic things they need as well as the ideas on the concepts they need to work on. Once they have everything, they develop the designs and present them to us. If the project has been approved, it will be sent to the printing department.

What is the team composition?

We work with four people including one critical design review (CDR) developer and one artist who uses Adobe Illustrator.

How did you come to work with WeblogySphere?

We already had an in-house designer, but we knew that if we had more creative people, we'd have more innovative ideas for our company. We then found WeblogySphere online.

They created a portfolio for us, which turned out to be a little okay. We gave them some packaging designs and even though they were not familiar with the Arabic language, they managed to craft what we were expecting. That was the reason why we have an ongoing partnership with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend $500 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We had a contract from December 2020 and we implemented it in January 2021. Our engagement is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our company is already in the market, and we're one of the leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies. In all the designs they've done for us in the last five months, everything is still under development but all of them have been finalized already. The designs have been forwarded to the printing department. Once we get the finished products, we'll pack and they will soon be available in the market.

How did WeblogySphere perform from a project management standpoint?

To be honest, I think they're always on point. If I tell them I want a design to be completed in two days, they would do just that. Furthermore, they're willing to work even on the weekends without any break. 
Our communication is also good. We do not use any project management tools, but we communicate via WhatsApp. All our file designs are transferred online. However, in the future, we plan to implement our local domain where everything is systemized and we can have updates on what's being done. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They've done a good job for less. As a result, the most impressive thing about working with them is their cost. We have a budget, but they do our projects for even less. More importantly, they deliver outputs on time, and their responsiveness and dedication are amazing. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything they can improve because they deliver all our requirements. For what I'm paying them, everything's good.

Any advice for potential customers?

If you're looking to do something within the budget and in a timely manner, you should hire WeblogySphere — they're good people.

We have two business verticals - HR consulting, Insurance and risk management I am the director of the business

For what projects/services did your company hire WeblogySphere, and what were your goals?

For our insurance and risk management vertical, we were facing challenges in maintaining our vast client database. In the insurance industry, good client servicing and timely renewal reminders are key to success. We wanted to develop a CRM module so that we could centrally manage all clients' information and provide them timely services as and when required.

SOLUTION

How did you select WeblogySphere and what were the deciding factors?

We met with around 5-7 vendors before finalizing WeblogySphere. The factors that helped us select them was their ability to quickly understand our articulated and tacit requirements. In the initial meetings itself, their team provided us some inputs which we had not thought about. Furthermore, we had heard about them from a reliable source and were confident of the quality of their delivery.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The project was to create a CRM module so that we could manage our various clients, their data and insurance policies in a centralized manner. Deliverables included creating a system so that we could get details of upcoming renewals, missed renewals and generate various reports

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked directly with one person from the Weblogysphere team. The partner / owner of the company.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Due to the CRM we now have quick access to all our client information. In times of clients' urgent needs, we are able to to find and provide information in a timely manner.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Most of the communication was over phone and emails. The vendor's team was very receptive to changes and suggestions and were quick to get it done

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Most impressive is their ability to understand the stated needs quickly and clearly and then go beyond to recognize tacit needs

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Although we are happy with the services provided, an addition customer delight would be if they were even faster in delivery
