It was about customizing a marketplace that works on woocommerce to make it possible for users to locate partner sellers. Furthermore, it was necessary to personalize the booking system for the services offered, making sure that the user was aware of the seller's exact position only after the payment was completed. Lastly, the system for setting the opening and closing times of the sellers' shops was also customized so that it would be flexible and modifiable according to everyone's needs.

The scope of work was to develope a worldwide project for selling goods. Technology used is Magento2 and main purpose is that any seller can upload his products to sell. The admin will get a commission for each transaction. Very useful the automatically commission workflow of commission managament with their paypal multivendor plugin that automatically redirect money between seller and admin

We use Akeneo PIM to manage our products and having a large selection of products we needed an efficient way to make changes to products as close to realtime as possible to stay competitive. Since Akeneo had very limited support and we couldn't justify the jump to Enterprise we looked for some support. We found Webkul who clearly understands the software well.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for something on an Ad hoc basis and found some supported partners from Akeneo. We reached out to Webkul who had a connector that pushes products from Akeneo to Magento which is exactly what we were looking for and could not find this type of tool anywhere else.

Webkul explained what they would do in detail and they would not mark project complete until we had what we asked for that was still within scope as what was originally discussed. We gave Webkul limited access to our dev environment where they created and setup our Akeneo Connector. We had a chance to test to ensure we had what we asked for.

A project manager and 1-2 developers manage the project every step of the way through their cloud ERP system. It was a very pleasant experience.

We have significantly reduced our technical debt by now relying on Akeneo PIM along with the Connector to manage our product offering rather than managing manually through Magento's native way of adding products.

Webkul is very thorough and although their timezone doesn't work with ours most of the time they somehow manage to keep on track and get the projects done in a timely manner. They also keep up with updates as they work through the steps to completion.

The fact that no matter what the ask is they always seem to be able to handle it and without lengthy deadlines.

No I think the areas that could have been improved they have already been addressing and I can't add to what may be improved at this time.
