Our existing WordPress website was outdated and needed a complete revamp to remain competitive and attract high-value contracts. The primary goal was to increase traffic, generate more leads, and give our business a fresh online presence. To achieve this, we set out to modernize the design and enhance the site’s functionality, ensuring smooth navigation and alignment with current design trends.

We tasked the Versich team not only with building a visually appealing new interface but also with refining the overall user experience. It was important that the new site be intuitive and user-friendly. Additionally, we decided to migrate from WordPress to Webflow CMS to gain greater control over our content and present a more polished, professional online image.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We immediately noticed the impact of Versich’s work once they presented the initial design concepts the contrast with our outdated website was striking. After launching the new version, we saw a clear boost in website traffic and user engagement. Clients and partners have commented positively on the improved design, intuitive navigation, and overall functionality.

One standout feature we really appreciate is the sidebar showcasing all available properties. It allows users to access listings and open detailed pages from anywhere on the site, a highly effective and user-friendly solution. Internally, the experience has improved as well. Thanks to Webflow CMS and Designer, our team can now easily update site elements without technical support. Plus, the integration with ProfitBase runs smoothly.

Initially, we communicated exclusively through email.  However, we moved our communication to Telegram as the project got underway.  We continue to use it for requests and maintenance.  They delivered the project in phases using the KANBAN technique, and they utilized TMetric to communicate hourly summaries of their progress.  step by step, the website was delivered:

• prototype

• frontend
• CMS connection
• testing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They genuinely listened to our needs from the start. During our initial in-person meeting, we explained our vision for the website in full detail to Alex, the Business Relationship Manager at Versich. His initial estimate was a bit beyond our budget, so we asked if there was a way to adjust the scope to fit our financial limits.

A few days later, after consulting with his team, Alex came back with a revised plan that worked within our budget. To our surprise, they even included prototyping at no extra cost, a thoughtful and professional gesture. Since then, we’ve occasionally reached out to Versich for help managing the site, and they’ve always been supportive. It's rare to find a team that gives this much attention and care to client needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Versich could have done differently?

I thought they did a great job.  I'm currently organizing a brand-new, more ambitious project for a different market or place.  It will require more UX attention and have more sophisticated features.  For this, the Versich team is on my list of possible vendors.  I might have something to suggest when we work on it, but not right now.

Versich was in charge of our cloud-based application's user experience design.  They made sure the system was user-friendly for both those going through a divorce and the audience of professionals handling divorce cases.  They made sure that our various audiences could run reports, upload data, and enter information. 

 A/B testing of the application was also carried out by their team.  We conducted video conferences with demos and Q&A sessions because we had stakeholders present during the testing.

Many people tell us that we look and feel fantastic.  Our UX has consistently amazed our clients.  Following our stakeholder review, everyone was excited about how we had resolved the issue of guiding customers around our website.

They have exceptional project management skills.  It's perfect.  Having a better relationship with a vendor is unthinkable.  To be honest, the responsibility that goes into a project like this is quite valuable in today's environment.  I can't express enough how professional and accountable they are when it comes to deadlines and communication.  Our teams review prototypes using InVision and communicate using Slack.  Every day, we also have Google video calls.

Although having a visually appealing design is crucial, they have also produced a clever design.  I was astounded by their ability to take the complex concepts I explained to them and turn them into something so exquisite and useful.  They dissected our concept and gave it back to us in a really astute and understandable way.  Versich is always coming up with clever and beautiful solutions to challenges.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Versich could have done differently?

No, and I'm not merely praising them because it's simple.  Despite working with a lot of vendors, Versich is the one I would use again and again.

Our website was completely designed and created by Versich.  They collaborated closely with us during the design phase.  They used Figma for design, and we used Webflow for development.  Versich is still collaborating with us to add additional pages and make changes.

We view our website as our identity card and portfolio, not a performance-focused platform.  Click-through rates don't really matter to us.  But we're going to start collecting data.  We'll work things out as we go because Codeway is a startup.  Versich and I have discussed creating a framework for data analysis.

 Since we launched the website, we have seen an increase in leads and click-through rates.  Our LinkedIn and Instagram digital marketing activities are also to blame for the rise.

 Our goal was to create a website with the best possible animation and appearance.  When consumers came to our website and scrolled to the bottom of the page, we wanted them to be excited.  Versich has supplied that.

We continue to deal with Versich because of their excellent communication.  We would switch to another agency if there were communication issues.  ClickUp is what we utilize for feedback, briefings, and creative assignments.  We also exchange emails.

Their ability to communicate is their greatest asset.  They know what to do and are always succinct.  They also tell me what they can perform and provide me correct estimations before we start a project.  Versich is paid on an hourly basis.  They offer me an estimate of the number of hours it will take when I ask for something.  Usually, the estimate closely resembles the final budget.

Nothing, Versich managed the process as smoothly as possible.

Versich has been hired to rebuild our user interface.  To find out what we wanted to design, why we wanted to design it, and for whom we were designing it, they held a discovery call.  From there, we have met weekly to walk through our requirements.  Versich has given us an updated design that takes into account our discussions.  During those meetings, we were able to walk through the new ideas, offer suggestions, and keep iterating.

They have only ever utilized Figma.  We have completed the design component and are considering utilizing them for the tool's real development.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Versich has made certain that all of our specifications have been included in the design and that our suggestions have been suitably taken into account.  They were able to finish everything in four to five months.  The team has shown a strong commitment to the project from the beginning to the end, allowed the client to work with the same individuals, and shown a thorough comprehension of their needs, goals, and business.

On their end, they have managed the project.  The project manager has been excellent in making sure we're meeting deadlines, staying on schedule, and staying inside the allocated budget.  We’ve communicated with Versich using Google Meet.

The level of participation and dedication to the work result has amazed us.  If they aren't exposed to our requirements and our goals, they won't be able to pick them up easily.  Versich has been successful in comprehending the use case and creating an impactful design.

Not in my opinion.  We've experienced some problems with Google Meet, but they're rather little.  To be honest, I can only say good things.

Project Overview: Commissioned Versich to design and implement a user-responsive website and a mobile application for my business. These platforms aim to simplify the electric vehicle (EV) user experience by enabling them to locate nearby charging stations and purchase EV-related products. 

Website Scope:

1. Responsive Design: Ensure seamless navigation on all devices - desktops, tablets, and mobiles. 
2. Location-Based Charging Station Search: Interactive map integration. Search functionality to locate the nearest EV charging stations based on the user's location. Display station details including availability, type of plug, voltage, and user reviews. 
3. User Account Management: Profile creation with personal details, vehicle information, and charging history. Save favorite charging stations for future reference. 

Mobile Application Scope: 

1. Platform Compatibility: Development for both Android and iOS platforms. 
2. Charging Station Locator: Map-based search similar to the website.
3. E-Commerce Integration: Product categorization for gadgets, scooters, electric vehicles, and bikes. Secure payment gateway integration. User cart and wish-list functionalities. Order tracking and purchase history. Product search and filter options.
