A key deliverable included custom dashboards for our consulting teams, as well as integrations with our CRM and HR platforms. They also provided knowledge transfer and hands-on training sessions for our in-house team.

Versich took on the task of creating and executing our Power BI project.  We also intended to purchase five individual dashboards.  Negotiating the specifics of the system's architecture, which they had designed and put into place, was the first step.  Subsequently, the reconciliation dashboard was used to design and verify each dashboard for accurate reports and KPIs.  Training our employees to use interactive analytics dashboards and even create new ones based on the system that was put in place was the final step.

Versich questioned us in-depth about the booking system, the sources of data for the BI system, and the extremely advanced business intelligence solution.  We designed the holding owners' and branches' dashboards.  They worked on their drafts so they could be shown in the following step.  They thereafter used the information from our ERP system to compute and include it into their reporting products.

 The owners' own dashboards were created and the technology was put into use.  The order was prepared, and staff members learned how to use and design new reporting dashboards.

High-tech business intelligence solution that has a universal translator of the logic used to calculate management reporting article indicators. If the logic in ERP changes, Power BI's calculation algorithm will also adapt.  For the owners to view financial reporting metrics, holding and branches received dedicated dashboards and reporting solutions.

At all five of our company's sites, Versich serves as our ISP.  Versich first met with my sales representative to discuss pricing for faster internet and certain changes to the existing architecture at each location.  Versich controls our security firewalls and supplies us with equipment that makes a software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN) possible. 

 Versich also provides us with managed IT services and handles the management of our Microsoft 365 software license in the event that we need to add or remove licenses.

There are extremely few outages in our service, and we have a very high internet uptime.  Versich manages the service with the direct internet provider quite well.

After discussing the project design, we began implementing the Power BI solution that we had ordered.  Afterwards, we spoke about and decided on the drafts of the customized dashboards with the KPIs that each owner desired.  Versich then imported our data from ERP, CRM, and other IPs to evaluate and display the required KPIs in a single location.

 The dashboards were created and tested to ensure that the data and work were accurate.  On the basis of the completed project, we have researched the usage of new analytics tools and even created new dashboards.
