Because of the pandemic, our business was halted. Alain (Managing Director) encouraged us to use an e-commerce platform for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team created an e-commerce platform using WooCommerce. It allows us to take orders from customers. We can also send them tracking numbers to see the progress of their orders.

We worked with one project manager. There have designers in the background.

Alain set the expectations for us. We didn’t have knowledge of the e-commerce space. We just listened to them as the experts.

I believe we’ve spent around $6,000.

We started working with them in March 2020, and the site was launched in June 2020.

The site is very easy to use. We can also update it from our end. If we have any technical problems, we still can go back to them.

The pandemic has brought the opportunity for us to sell online. It’s been successful.

This is a basic website since our company website was created long time ago. In light of MCO, we would like to convert our website to ecommerce website. We hired VeecoTech to develop an internal marketplace and inventory management system along with integrated payment module.

To let our website appear more often on the first page when someone searches for a certain keyword on Google. We would like to target a much better keyword and the most prominent part is attract more site visitor to our website.

The alternative that the team offer are always helpful and the project was completed before deadline. Our website work friendly on desktop and mobile device.
