I’m the executive director of William Glasser International, a non-profit organization that provides training and resources in Choice Theory®, Reality Therapy®, and Lead Management to help individuals and organizations improve relationships, mental health, and effectiveness worldwide.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Vanguard Solutions?

We needed to design an integrated website and marketing hub that could accommodate membership management across several countries, allow for products and services to be sold, manage client engagement, and position the organization as the official home for different practitioners. We also needed to design an infrastructure that could deal with many different countries.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Vanguard Solutions has designed and implemented our website and marketing hub. The team has also created a membership structure and journey, a strategic engagement on the membership model, and a strategic shift of the organization. In addition, Vanguard Solutions has designed and maintained a marketing hub/CRM and set up a Google workspace for non-profit organizations. The team has also provided web management, marketing, and graphic design services for our logo and website.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Vanguard Solutions in May 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve recently launched our website, and we’ve seen increased engagement and visits to the site. We’ve also had several engagements from members across the globe who are interested in membership and people using the new contact form. Through the contact form, we’ve had inquiries about possible collaborations. We’ve also received anecdotal feedback from members appreciating the design and content on the site.

How did Vanguard Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Vanguard Solutions has delivered on time and been flexible as our needs have changed and when we’ve been unsure about some issues. We communicate with them through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Vanguard Solutions’ strategic approach has helped us think through not just how we want to position the website but also how we want to engage with our stakeholders. I’m also impressed with their level of expertise and knowledge of the IT, software, digital marketing, and business services sectors. In addition, the team has provided unwavering support and found customized solutions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. We’re very satisfied and appreciative of the service they’ve provided thus far.
