Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The website is sure to attract leads as its a very user friendly one. Being fairly new - I cannot state the impact at the moment.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was very well managed. No stress. We coordinated according to convenience through Zoom calls, Team Viewer and phone calls. Absolutely hassle-free and always willing to listen and jump in even during holidays.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We had a polite and warm connection with their project manager. He was driven to complete the job and not once pushed me for the payment which increased my respect for him. Showcased his sincerity and commitment despite the several changes I kept making on the project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Probably a better set up of office space so they can connect without any noise in the background - which was there often as we spoke.

We are working together with Trello. We just easily add a card with our needs and they start working on it right away. We never had any negative issues with them, very good cooperation.
