Tkxel staffed the project with domain experts that are highly skilled developers. They bring a "can-do" attitude to their work - if a technical roadblock arises, they present not just the issue, but a proposed solution or work-around. The team was also good at communicating progress toward milestones.

Since they are an off-shore resource, there is not much time overlap between work schedules, however, they take steps to accommodate this issue by shifting their schedule to create more overlap.
