The core service Teqnet solutions provide for us is finance and accouting outsoruce activities, however they also do some data entry related work. They were very helpful in the initial transition, there skilled consultants provided free consultations to make sure that the transtion of finance and accounting functions happened smooothly. They have also helped us with KPI managment for the outsoruced team, and there client dashboard was a great value add as key data points were visualized. 

The key deliverables we tracked were
1) Error rate
2) Processing time
3) financial statements accuracy
