We teamed up with Teliqon to create a verified QR access flow: users enter their phone number, we first validate it using Teliqon's Lead Checker, and only if it’s real, we send a confirmation code via SMS. Once verified, they unlock a dynamic QR code (for events, perks, downloads, etc.). This two-step flow helped us cut down on spam and save significantly on SMS costs. Their API handled both validation and messaging, and it integrated smoothly into our backend. They also guided us through cross-country testing and fine-tuning delivery logic.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw a 70% drop in fake or throwaway entries within the first month. We also cut SMS expenses by 40% thanks to the number validation step. Users appreciated the extra security, and our clients loved that we could now offer "verified QR access" as a premium feature. It also helped us build more qualified mobile contact lists, which opened the door for future SMS remarketing. Total win!

Their mix of technical strength and a very human support approach. Also, not every telecom company gets how marketing tools like ours work — but Teliqon totally got the vision and helped us shape it better. That made a big difference.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Teliqon.io could have done differently?

A few more webhook-based automation triggers would be great for even faster syncing on our end, but that’s more of a “nice to have” than a deal-breaker. Everything core worked perfectly.

We integrated Teliqon’s SMS API into our platform to send one-time passwords (OTPs) for login, sign-ups, and sensitive user actions. The setup included basic authentication workflows, error handling, delivery tracking, and fallback mechanisms. We also needed support for different regional formats and compliance needs, which they helped with. It was a plug-and-play process with some light back-and-forth on custom headers and templates. Took less than a week total.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

OTP delivery rates went from ~84% to 98% in the first month. Support tickets related to "not receiving codes" dropped almost entirely. And honestly, it just works now — no one talks about it internally anymore, which is the dream.

Yeah, everything was on time. We messaged them a few times during setup, and they answered super quick — even on Telegram. Felt like chatting with someone on the team, not like opening a ticket and waiting three days.

The support, 100%. Most vendors ghost or slow-roll you — these guys actually check in, make sure it's working, and suggest tweaks. Also, the fact that they support crypto payments was oddly convenient.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Teliqon.io could have done differently?

Not really. The dashboard UI could be a bit more polished, but honestly, we barely use it since everything’s API-based anyway.
