I am the CTO of HRMS startup - Awedus: A human resource management platform.

For what projects/services did your company hire TechAvidus, and what were your goals?

We are looking to build an all-in-one HRMS platform for our clients which is easy to manage and operate.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for vendors online, and did interviews with their sales team, and then in some cases with developers from their team. Cost, ability to work in-house with our team, and scaling options were the deciding factors.

We have used the team for a large scope of work, but key things have been developing a custom application through the angular framework.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have had two lead engineers, and four mid-level engineers working directly with our team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The team has been able to meet all deadlines, and they perform very well. From a project management standpoint, we’ve been very pleased.

We built our communication system for regular communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their team is easy to work with and they all continue to work hard. We've been most impressed by the strong technical skills of their software engineers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, nothing comes to mind immediately.

Our organisations website was outdated and we requested a new modern website to be developed.

Our company President had previous experience of their work and happy to use them again

We had meetings to work out what we require from our new website and with help from techavidus came to a design we liked

A project manager was our sole contact throughout the process so making it easier.

A very dynamic website easy to control and change

There was nothing too much for TechAvidus. They were always willing to help no matter how many times we needed
