I’m the director of City Shop General Trading LLC, an online retail company in the UAE.

We needed someone to build our e-commerce website and mobile app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Syntex Limited developed an e-commerce website using PHP, and they are now developing a mobile app using Flutter. It’ll be for Android and iOS. They do both design and development and provide all the services I need. The team continues to provide maintenance for the website. In addition, they frequently pitch new ideas for the site, which I either approve or disapprove of.

We have one main point of contact, but there are 20-30 people on their team.

We’ve spent $25,000–$35,000.

We started working together in October 2020, and it’s ongoing.

The project is going well, and I’m very satisfied with Syntex Limited’s work so far. In terms of the website, I haven’t come across any issues because the team maintains it daily.

They’re professional and deliver before the deadline. In terms of communication, I talk with them on the phone and WhatsApp.

Compared with the other companies I’ve worked with, Syntex Limited delivers on time, which I appreciate. In addition, the team also shares various solutions with me.

They’re capable of making their company multinational, but they say they’re happy with their company.

Give them proper documentation, and they will work skillfully.

Our website was created on 2020. Syntex limited developed a ecommerce website for us. We are paying monthly as we construct. They maintain our website and fix the bugs do SEO.

I found them from freelancer. As you know there is a biggest marketplace to find best developers.

After launching the project the traffic increases. They generate sales for me now I am going to start a business of Virtual Assistant.
