We selected Superco because of their responsiveness and impressive reputation as website developers

After a few meetings to discuss what we needed, Superco assembled a team and went to work. Within a month the website was finalised and live, exactly as we wanted.

2 resources, a lead developer, and one of the directors

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website speaks for itself, it is easily ten times better than the previous instantiation - it was also completed on time, and for an extremely reasonable price point. I would not hesitate to recommend Superco to any company trying to enhance their website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was highly effective. We were dealing directly with one of the company directors. They always resolved any issues or questions promptly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The attention to detail, service, and willingness to go beyond the bounds of the scope of work in order to deliver the right outcome was unlike anything we have experienced with previous providers. An example of this would be advising us heavily on design choices, which were not part of the brief.

I selected them based on an online search i did of top rated web designers!

I had an initial zoom consultation with Tom who was very accommodating and answered all my questions, he was willing to cater to my budget and made me feel comfortable.

My suggestions and wants were all taken on and my needs for the store were entirely met!

Excellent!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with the questionnaire they sent me before starting the project, they asked me to answer questions about what other stores i liked the look of etc. It really gives an insight to my taste and i was impressed at how thorough they were. Also that was helpful for myself to narrow exactly what i like!

SuperCo took a half developed site on Shopify and totally re-worked it using designs that we shared. They also create mobile fundtionality.

After launching, we have seen an uptick in sales. All online sales were generated via instagram and other social platforms, so having a website has made our online sales process far easier.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our objectives. The SuperCo Team reviewed the objectives and analyzed our as-is landing page/customer flows before defining the project scope.

We prioritized backlog items together and then handed them off to the developers. The developers charged by the hour and notified me when deliverables were ready for review

Landing pages and product pages are more concise and easier to navigate. Click-throughs and conversion rates have improved.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That they monitor time spent on each activity - if something is hard for me to do but only takes a developer 5 minutes they will only bill for five minutes of work. The transparency around estimated and actual effort is fantastic.
