I’m the founder of a restaurant review app called Tastemakers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Softnoesis Private Limited?

I needed help with the creation of our app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Softnoesis Pvt Ltd developed and custom-designed our iOS application. I told them what I wanted in terms of my scope, design, and concept work, and they followed through with the actual development of the platform. In terms of features, they’ve created unique functionalities for the app and integrated different APIs into it. 

Currently, they’re providing feedback and support for the platform.

What is the team composition?

We work with 3–4 members of their team, including a project manager, a designer, and an engineer.

How did you come to work with Softnoesis Private Limited?

They were referred to me by a former partner; I chose them because they had some available bandwidth.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They helped my work in flushing out my idea and its execution.

How did Softnoesis Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great because they can work with different tools and services like Trello, Jira, and Figma. They also adapt to our needs and answer all of my questions. 

What did you find most impressive about them? 

What makes them unique is that they have their own tools, which helps develop our project; they have a very cool tool called Shake Bug that helps us find flaws and do bug testing in a simple way.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could always improve their design work, but I know that might be subjective because everyone has their own idea of what they want.

Any advice for potential customers?

Understand as much as you can about your industry so you can know the options and opportunities you might have. Also, go with them with an open mind so they can provide you with different paths that can help flush out your idea a little better.

To take care of some maintenance we had to do to our websites, since they are the developers of our websites in the first place.

I knew one of the owners there and he is highly trustable and I have been working with him for many years

Completely satisfied with the result, what was asked to do was done.

Very good communication, delivery and very good at realizing what in my mind were just ideas.

I'm impressed with the reliability of the team.
