I’m the CEO of Skymate Travels & Holidays, a trusted travel agency offering affordable flights, visa services, holiday packages, and personalized travel solutions.

What challenge were you trying to address with Social Gravity?

We needed to modernize our digital presence, develop a user-friendly travel website, improve our search engine visibility, and generate more qualified leads through SEO and digital marketing. Our main objective was to increase online bookings, strengthen brand awareness, and provide customers with a seamless experience for flight, visa, and holiday package inquiries.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Social Gravity handled the project from planning to launch. Their scope of work included designing and developing a modern travel website, integrating flight search functionality, creating dedicated pages for visa services, and optimizing the website for SEO and mobile performance. They also implemented analytics, improved the UX, and supported our digital marketing efforts.

The key deliverables were a responsive, high-performing website, an easy-to-manage content system, SEO-optimized pages, lead generation features, and a scalable platform that better supports our online bookings and customer inquiries.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve experienced a steady increase in website traffic, better visibility in search engine results, and a noticeable rise in customer inquiries through the website. The improved UX, faster website performance, and stronger online presence also helped us generate more qualified leads, as well as created a solid foundation for long-term digital growth.

Within the first few months after launch, website traffic increased by around 30%, online inquiries grew by approximately 25%, and qualified leads improved by nearly 20%. While we continue to build on these results, the improvements gave us confidence that the new website and digital marketing strategy were moving our business in the right direction.

How did Social Gravity perform from a project management standpoint?

Social Gravity managed the project professionally and maintained clear communication via virtual meetings, email, and messages throughout the engagement. Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the project. If there was one area for improvement, it would be providing slightly more frequent progress updates during some stages of development. However, the team was always responsive, addressed our feedback promptly, and ensured the final outcome met our expectations. It was a minor point and didn’t affect the overall success of the project.
