How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We hired Reactive webs because they provided us with a lot of variations and creative ideas regarding a user-friendly website

The scope includes complete development of website with the features of live chat with customer support number. The website is developed in WordPress.

Total of 4 people. Project manager, designer, UI/UX developer and full stack developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I was pretty satisfied with the work Reactive webs has done. Our users were quite happy with the user journey and aesthetics. Soon after the launch, the website has many satisfied visitors.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The implement Agile project management. For communication they introduced me to Slack and Jira. They were punctual in the milestones we set.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their aesthetic sense and timely delivery were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not anything specific. I am satisfied with their work.
