They built the platform from scratch using Bubble.io, including an AI-powered content generation engine, subscription and one-time payment functionality, a referral and affiliate program, credit system for use with ChatGPT, and a user-friendly interface that allows for easy customization of content. They integrated a real-time response streaming feature, which provided users with instant feedback and allowed adjustments to the generated content. Other key deliverables included an admin dashboard for managing subscriptions, user metrics, and the integration of cost-calculating tools so users could track expenses associated with each content generation.

Were able to do both the beta launch and live launch on time.

Using Jira, they stayed on schedule and delivered each milestone as promised. The team kept us well-informed with regular progress updates, and they responded to our feedback promptly. Even when adjustments were needed, they adapted quickly, which helped us stay on track without any major delays.

What stood out most was their ability to quickly grasp the specific needs of our platform and anticipate challenges with AI-based content generation. Their understanding of AI model integration and pricing structures was important. Their team’s flexibility and knowledge of the space helped us avoid potential roadblocks and stay within our budget. They moved quickly, like us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Rapid Dev could have done differently?

Overall, our experience with Rapid Dev was positive and we recommend them regularily. If I had to suggest improvements, a few more proactive suggestions regarding UX design could have provided even greater clarity on user interactions. We had a couple issues using the Jira platform, but nothing major.
