Matt was in communication throughout and ensured the designer was across all the details we discussed as well.

Matt made time on and prior to Demo day to talk through the finished product and ensure we were happy. Keep in mind this was during AU work hours so for him it would have been past midnight! I'm very grateful for his commitment and support.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I was quite involved in the design process, providing specific guidance. I don't think this could have been done differently as I was quite particular about certain details.

We were building a no-code MVP of our app to get initial user traction & feedback and brought on RapidDev to help fix our current version on an expedited timeline, which was very buggy and low quality from both a performance and UX perspective.

We searched online for no-code app developers and shortlisted several. After interviewing them all, we went wit RapidDev based on their estimates for cost, timeline and understanding of our goals as well as current issues with the product.

Worked closely with CEO of RapidDev to understand what we wanted changed and create a detailed scope. Then worked very closely on cost / benefit trade-offs and what we actually wanted implemented vs. what could be held off until a later version of the product. Designs were done in Figma to be abundantly clear we were on same page, and actual product was created in Bubble (with extensions, etc.)

CEO was our point of contact throughout project. There were several other team members working on project, but our communications went through CEO which was great.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Quickly fixed app and got it launched on app store. They Did a great job understanding feedback and working quickly.

CEO was very easy to communicate with and was super sharp. Primarily communicated via phone calls where we would live collaborate on scope details, most frequently in Jira. Could then monitor progress in Jira.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was most impressed by the honesty the CEO demonstrated when discussing potential features or changes to be implemented. Rather than accepting everything that we thought might be helpful, he pushed back and made us really thoughtfully consider what was actually worth including in the MVP and what was not.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No real areas of improvement for RapidDev themselves. We came to the conclusion that no code software was not the best long-term solution for our mobile app in the long term, but that did not have to do with RapidDev. Plus, no code was very helpful in getting a quick validation of the idea and getting actual user feedback (vs. hypothetical)

First, they audited our existing data as well as our business needs. Then they built a plan, which we jointly shopped around internally to get buy in. With all stakeholders bought in, he ran... really fast to build this sophisticated and highly effective data management and insights machine.

Their founder was our main point of contact, and there was 3 other team members on his team at any given time.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Working with RapidDev has transformed our sales and marketing decision making. Roughly two years later and we're still using the systems that their team implemented. Their work has scaled with our company and enabled us to reach 600% growth year over year.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They had a reliable team of experts who were willing to respond to questions. We mostly spoke over Slack and email. If there was a change in the schedule on our side, they were quick to adapt.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team drew on their extensive experience and empathetic demeanor to get things done across multiple teams. Their creative thinking has also helped keep our field sales team engaged, which was genius.

The key deliverable was a web application that allows sales teams to exchange reports between reps, managers, and executives. It allows users to create a template for the report, save it on the system, and share it with other users for them to edit it and make comments.

I found them on Bubble listed as an agency. They offered the best value in terms of speed and budget. They were also local which was a big plus for us. We wanted to avoid the uncertainty of working with players outside our community.

Bubble software solution was the main technology used. There was also a high-level overview on Figma. They essentially built a new sass software platform for sales organizations.

Directly with us, there were two main contacts, the CEO and a PM. There were also their development and design teams.

The web-app works really well and is exactly what we needed. I have started to test it with initial customers and all the feedback has been very positive.

Their team developed a project management system that was great at keeping us in touch with the development of the project and communicating their progress. I did not have a lot of time to micromanage the process so they worked very autonomously but absolutely nailed the deliverable. It all went very smooth and on time.

They delivered the product we needed on a timeline and budget that worked well for us.

Choose Rapid Dev out of a couple of vendors. Low cost, speed, and flexibility were factors that they promised and delivered.

A complex form built using a low code framework, which was a quick and flexible solution for us. RapidDev made it work using custom code.

It was successful. The Rapid Dev team was able to stick to the budget and timelines that were laid out in the first proposal. The resulting forms are functional and user/friendly and integrated into our back office systems.

We communicated mostly through email and we use Google Meets when we had larger items to cover.

We were impressed with the results and speed at which they delivered within our budget. We expected and received a high quality deliverable. Also as a busy founder, they made assumptions and executive decisions to keep me from having to weigh in on every detail.

The initial scoping document did not have every detail, it was a working document that grew as the project came into focus. This isn't an area of improvement, just a statement of how the work was performed.

We found Rapid Dev after screening many different web design companies. We chose them because of the quality of their answers during the interview process. Matt, the owner of Rapid Dev, was quick to respond to any questions, and he asked questions that showed his understanding of the product we were looking to create.

Furthermore, Matt oversaw the entire process -- this was a MAJOR reason why we chose to work with Rapid Dev - because we wanted a company that could meet our specific needs/requirements. Many other companies had a sales rep, and then we would be passed along to the development team. Rapid Dev's process built trust from the beginning of the the first email.... and that was maintained throughout the entire process of working with them. Most importantly, they delivered exactly what we had asked them to create.

We had an initial meeting to discuss the details of our scope and Rapid Dev later delivered a proposal according to our needs. After that they started to build the application from zero (Previously we had a wordpress site). They used Bubble and they integrated many new features into the app, like a complex calendar with a lot of configuration options and messaging in-app.

We were impressed with the results and the communication. They provided regular updates, and by the end of the project, we had a high-quality app to scale our business.

We engaged numerous potential partners. We were looking for a firm with deep platform knowledge, but one that also offered a broad spectrum of knowledge in supporting technologies outside of the core app. We wanted a firm that was not simply focused on short-term MVP projects but could be a long-term trusted partner for our app's development journey. Rapid Dev offered the hands-on approach we were looking for accompanied by a team of experts that could move quickly.

Rapid Dev developed the following functionality blocks:

• Redesigned and updated the member onboarding experience
• Made the entire app mobile-responsive

• Assisted and coordinated with our internal for the initial app launch and migration of users from two legacy systems
• Designed and built an advanced LMS module

We were very impressed by the level of communication and speed at which they deliver results. Rapid Dev is a true partner. They care about the quality of the work and most importantly the impact on the business and our customers. We collaborate to find solutions to problems. They challenge us when needed and aren't looking to just generate billable hours by following directions blindly.

We hire Rapid Dev to conceptualize our objectives in a more technical matter and construct the application. Our main goal was to have a functional, easy-to-use, and effective application as soon as possible.

We published our proposal in multiple mediums like Upwork, and we contact multiple developers before finally choosing Rapid Dev. Their approach to how to build the application, combined with the fast development process that Bubble provided on a smaller budget, were the main factors in our decision. Also how involved they were in the project right from the get-go.

The partnership started with a meeting to have an introduction to the company CEO Matt, guiding on how the development was going to be and the steps that they would follow. After that, we received a detailed proposal document going through each phase of design and development itself, the duration of each item, and the cost of all the processes.

We were communicating through various platforms like Jira and we received concepts made on Figma, and after everything was completely set, they start the development period in Bubble. They deliver our SaaS application that generates the QR codes for vendors, with SMS integrations and email campaigns.

Our main point of contact was the CEO of the company, that was present in every meeting and check on us with updates and the latest information about the development. There was a project manager assigned to us to facilitate immediate communication. And their full team of developers.

We had our application live in under 3 Months thanks to Rapid Dev, with a notable increase in the leads and traffic.

There were weekly synch meetings with Matt and the project manager, weekly updates on Friday emails that include Loom videos showing the progress made on that week, and constant messaging through our Jira board, Slack, and Gmail about any doubt that we could have or if we had any new requests. How involved was their CEO in all of the stages of the process was very refreshing, all their team was very communicative and knew how to interpret our feedback to build the application without many setbacks.

There were some minor expected issues in the development, and there was a Facebook developer review process that needed to get approval that took some time, but everything was solved at the moment that we communicate with them.

We needed to take Figma design files of an entire application and turn them into a Bubble.io app.

RapidDev has been able to build the entire front end and coordinate with backend developers to create the app from design to a functional app. The team has converted Figma files into a functional Bubble website and provided services and support on how to iterate the front end of the application based on user feedback. Moreover, they've found a way to connect a complicated backend PostgreSQL database to the Bubble app. RapidDev has built the entire frontend, including the home page, dashboard, analytics dashboard, social network, and various features like discussion boards, investment research collaboration documents, financial documents, chat tools, and more.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

RapidDev has turned our Figma files into a functional website within about 6–8 months.

How did RapidDev perform from a project management standpoint?

RapidDev has delivered on time. The main designs have been completed, but there have been a handful of bugs that we've had to fix, which wasn't surprising and was expected. Although the bugs have delayed the launch, the team has been able to resolve them in a meaningful amount of time. Some bugs have been simple fixes, while others have been complicated and needed a little more time to resolve. RapidDev's project management hasn't been the best at first, as their sales team wasn't aligned with their development team. However, they've been able to resolve all the issues I've had, and we've changed how we operate to a more flexible model that makes sense for everyone. We primarily communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

RapidDev has been able to take a very complicated project that has many ambiguous features or functions (I haven't been 100% sure how it was supposed to work) and help me create it into an efficient application.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There has been misalignment in the fixed budgets and how much time it would take them to complete a project, as well as how long it would take them to fix bugs. However, this has been resolved after working through it. The team has improved and is open to feedback, which is great.
