The main goal that was set forth was to develop a video that was emotionally and visually appealing that would effectively but transparently tell our brand story, highlight the uniqueness of our products and resonate with our target audience. We required a video that could be used across many platforms including social media, the website and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and drive engagement on behalf of the target audience.

The scope of work included an initial discovery phase to understand our brand identity, clients and the messaging that was required for our brand. The team then developed a compelling script and storyboard to capture the essence of our brand. Pre-production was used to select the ideal shooting locations where the filming of the video was to be completed, along with organizing product showcases and ensuring that personnel who were required were arranged. During the filming of the video the highest level of professionalism was attained in terms of filming meaning that every shot was written to capture the essence of our brand, and each shot depicted the value of our brand. Post-production included expert editing, color correction, motion graphics and sound design to ensure that the video was judged as being of high quality and looked visually aesthetically pleasing overall. Rabbits and Carrots also ensured that the video was adapted for different digital platforms meaning that it would be able to reach out more and influence companies more effectively.

The project yielded outstanding results with the branded video greatly enhancing our marketing efforts leading to a rise in my audience's activity on social media and the website. The success of the video meant that the brand was a key part of our customer experience with our audience receiving positive feedback from industry peers. The video captures our brand story effectively and because of this we view it as a valuable part of our promotional strategy.

The scope of work involved an in-depth consultation to fully understand our brand values and objectives, concept development, scriptwriting, high-quality filming, animation, voiceover integration as well as final video editing. This in combination with multiple revisions based on feedback from the client was required in order to ensure that the final product met and exceeded our expectations.

The project resulted in a commercial video that had a massive increase in our brand’s visibility and witnessed a much-increased level of engagement with our digital audience such as on social media and the web. This video was extremely successful on our social media channels and websites and has resulted in a massive increase in traffic and inquiries from the customer base.

They maintained strict clear timelines which were communicated effectively to all parties involved, along with the provision of timely and accurate updates to ensure that steps taken along with the project saw clear progress towards milestones which were towards the end of the schedule. Every milestone that required any client feedback was dealt with effectively prior to any risks arising which impacted work progress. Prior to pre-production, pre-production and in post-production the entire process was handled effectively with minimal issues arising along the way.

The project was split up into two distinct sections. Developing the real solution, including all of its essential features, was the first step. The second, and no less significant, step was training my people on how to utilise the new program.

There has been a noticeable change in the way our data is presented, the system is quite stable, defects and malfunctions are infrequent, and our users can manage it more easily.

Our experience with JIRA and Basecamp was flawless; we never experienced any significant problems with unresponsiveness or delayed work.
