We were given a a platform to communicate with them, and our project manager always made himself available through Zoom. The team at Pedigrine did an amazing job incorporating out feedbacks into our app, and they gave us a product that we are truly proud of & excited to start promoting.

Pedigrine developed a cross-platform app that was mainly focused on mobile devices. We came to pedigrine with an Idea and they brainstormed a solution for us. Herirte development and thinking process was the major factor for us to hired pedigrine.

We wanted an app that would guide our customer to the next step of our credit repair process. They developed an app that would give visitors an idea of what we would do for them and provide them interactive feedback.

within 2 months our app was running and developing leads for us. very satisfied with the work!

They took control of the project and manage it very tightly and professionally. We always knew what to expect and we knew every stage of the project because they would always communicate with us.

We were very impressed with their commitment to their work. They go beyond to make sure that their work is perfect.

I didn't find anything wrong with Pedigrine. We were very happy with their work and we will continue to work with them.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pedigrine, and what were your goals?

Pedigrine team designed/developed a brand-new website from the ground up. They built it in open source on the Drupal. Our previous website was very old. Other than some very basic templates for adding content, we didn't really have any control over the site. We also couldn’t add any Google snippets ourselves; we had to open a case through the company that created the website. It could take 3-6 weeks just to add a very basic snippet, like a click-to-call button. We realized that we needed to have a new website built out.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We did various research online and we had some good recommendation form some of our clients.

We started with three scoping sessions with Pedigrine over the course of a 3 weeks. The delay between those was due to our internal team and if we wanted to commit to a project. After the scoping sessions, we did a UX audit and code review of our existing web system. We also looked at our internal users, which is our team, and how they’d use the back-office system. We wanted to make sure that was user-friendly as well because that had been a problem in the past. Once we moved on from that, Pedigrine started developing a proprietary backend for us. That dovetailed into the frontend on the website. In parallel with that, we had a proprietary sales tool being developed too.

It has varied over the course of the project. We’ve had two principal backend engineers, 3–4 other backend engineers, a couple of frontend engineers, a project manager, a UX specialist, a designer, and the DevOps team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We released our new and improved website 3 weeks ago, so we’re still in the early days. An early indication of success has been that the bounce rate of our website’s frontend has reduced significantly. Time spent on the website and the conversion rates have both increased. All early indications are positive.

They were organized, thoughtful, and explained their tasks throughout the project. We knew what to expect and understood their responsibilities.

Their team asked about our team’s technical knowledge. They then were able to explain concepts in an understandable way for us.

Everything was great.

This project spans on very large website visitors. This was a very collaborative effort from both teams. A big part of the project was creating a SaaS software where we would list our houses, and allow users to upload their house ideas and we would design a blueprint for our customers and if they approved it we would custom build their house.

We worked with 4 people from their team. The project manager was our contact at the start of the project, but we also worked with a developer, designer, and they introduced us to more worked as we went by.

The project was a success from launch. The functionality of the software have really increased our efficiency to serve our customers.

Their project managers was our primary contact form, but we have the contact of all the teams members. Their communication was very good. We had weekly meetings.

Their commitment to delivering a product that would make their customer happy.

We needed a company that would help us moved forward to a new platform and help with the integration to Salesforce.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

Pedegrine team helped me and my team to transform our outdated platform and seamless integrated it with Salesforces. For us the Salesforces integration was a big issues because Salesforce wasn't compatible with some application that we were using. Pedigrine team helped with major integration and compatibility issues. Pedigrine redesigned our platform to be compatible with Salesforces and that was a big improvement for us.

We needed the migration to the new system and the compatibility issue was a big problem for us. They've not only helped us with the compatibility problems, but they improved our system for the best and made more futuristic.

We worked with 6 - 8 people from their team. They can scale as we needed more from them.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Our team have been slowly going to the new system and all our applications works great with the new platform and salesforces integration is all sync with our platform.

We had weekly meeting over zoom and sometimes those meeting would be more often just to discuss the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The service and experienced that we received from Pedigrine was amazing. We were impressed by their communication with us, and their resources.

their time management with our platform took longer than expected. Our new platform integration causes some delays, and it was a learning experience for the both of us. However, the end result surpassed our expectations.

Pedigrine development delivered an amazing app. Our customer loved our new app and our mobile presence increased over 100x and our general sales over 71%. We couldn't ask for a better result.

We have some different views approach, but we worked it out. Pedigrine play it safe and we understood it, but sometimes you have to take risk.

Pedigrine was hired as outsourcing vendor to build a web platform where customers would design custom products in our site and we would made the product and ship it to the customer. Pedigrine needed to develop a friendly interface to make the process interactive and friendly for our customers

Pedigrine was recommended by various of our client and we went with them because of the good recommendation that we got from previous clients of Pedigrine.

We provide Pedigrine team with a draft of what we wanted, but we weren't sure how the project would turn out because I was just and idea that we had. The went beyond our expectations they designed a model and presented it to us.

They developed a working project in a week and the model was amazing. Their overall process was very smooth, over the course of two months, we didn't had any problems or misunderstanding. All feedback were done through a private channel that Pedigrine set up.

the platform/portal came out amazing. We give a 10/10, our platform was very interactive and our customer loved it.
