A culture truly oriented towards growth. They get excited about the customer's business and goals. Their leader sets the bar for excellence high and manages to attract and retain high performers. Clear vision and articulation of the value they want to bring to their customers.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Purple Sales could have done differently?
I have suggested that when Purple Sales senses that a customer doesn't have a firm grasp over its own value proposition, target market, and personas, Purple Sales should conduct a slightly more rigorous and facilitated discovery with the customer to clarifies all of those points prior to developing the inbound and outbound marketing playbooks. However, for customers that have a firm handle on these elements, there is very little if nothing for Purple Sales to improve in its approach.
