I am the CRM & Product Manager at Laviren. We operate in dermocosmetics sector for more than 7+ years in Istanbul, Turkey. Our company has about 100 employess and we serve pharmacies all along the country. I oversee our digital products and vendor relationships.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pixel Values Technolabs, and what were your goals?

Our company’s loyalty mobile application was created over 2 years ago and had not been updated since. We had noticed a steady decline in downloads and ratings over the past few years and decided to invest in a new mobile app. We do not have any in-house developers, so we needed to outsource the entire redesign and rebuild.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected from a 10 different vendors, according to our IT and business criteria’s. We selected Pixel Values Technolabs based on the quality of their final proposal.

We had a couple meetings with the company and they prepared the concept and wireframes. After a couple iterations and discussions with our marketing team, we finalized the design and provided feedback. The company’s project management method consists of 5 stages; UX, UI, Analysis, Development and Publish.

We were assigned 1 Project Manager Nimish, 1 UX designer, 1 UI designer, 1 Business Development Manager Dave, 2 Full Stack Developer and QA resources.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within 6 months after our new app was launched, we saw approximately 15.000 downloads and we continue to hear positive feedback on the functions of the app from our customers.

Project Manager and Developers roles are the key in our project. We got some problems when we begin, but while we continue with the project we have found the effective workflow. We were able to communicate all members of the project team and we communicate through e-mails, phone calls, conference calls and meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by the knowledge that Pixel Values had about user experience and interface design. They were very good at UX design and coding, and I learned much more than I thought.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don’t see anything specific. Everything can always be done faster, but were satisfied with the quality of their work.

My company is Tourradar. We are a privately held global company headquartered in Vienna, Austria that operates an online marketplace and internet booking engine that specializes in multi-day tours. The goal for us is to become the premier app that people visit when they want to learn about the places. We want it to be an application that makes life easier, not just for tourists, but also for locals. Our intention is to take over the online advertising market. We've seen some gaps that we can fill. I'm the Business Development Manager at Tourradar.

There are two ventures we've undergone with Pixel Values. One of them is in development and the other one is the tours and travel guide mobile application.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Selecting them wasn't easy. I was entertaining over fifty proposals. I narrowed it down to about ten. When I saw Pixel Values, I was very impressed and I put them in a special category, and continued reviewing the others. Of course, I still wanted to do my due diligence and researched some of the work that they'd done. I fell in love with it immediately. I thought they would know exactly what it is that I want to do. We had a lot of communication during that time, and the professionalism they showed in the process made it easy to work with them.

When I came to Pixel Values, I had an idea. I didn't want to bounce between people. I wanted a one-stop shop. It was the first time I'd done a mobile application, and I wanted the experience to be smooth. I knew it wasn’t necessarily going to be an easy process. It involves telling somebody across the world exactly what it is that you want done. If I were to do another mobile application, I would gladly use Pixel Values again. They made it easy. They accommodated me in every way possible.

We would have Skype calls almost every morning and they understood what I wanted just from me telling it to them once. They met my needs. I wanted them to get creative at one point: I told them what colors I wanted to use, and asked for some samples. They delivered remarkable examples and even made it hard to choose between some of them. The mobile application was built for Android and iOS.

iOS Developers, Android Developers Project Managers Nimish, QA Engineers, Business Development Manager Monica. I think there was a team of 8-10 developers including designers on the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Everyone I've introduced to the app so far has liked it. People are impressed with the user interface and the flow and colors of it.

We started working with them in February of 2020. The application has been completed; however, from a creative standpoint, there’s still some work left to do. Just this morning, I was thinking about updates that I want to send for Pixel Values to implement. Officially, it exists in both the Apple and Android app stores. They helped me through the entire tedious process of publishing it. There are items that I personally want to improve. I want it to be a bit quicker and more responsive. I'll discuss it with them, and see if it's even worth it cost-wise.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I definitely like about Pixel Values is their flexibility, their professionalism, and their dedication to staying within the timeframe of the project. As a client, we have deadlines to meet, and they agreed on them and delivered. They also gave me some nice discounts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We uncovered different issues and we worked past them. Maybe I had some issues and gaps on my end that couldn't be fulfilled right away. They were very patient.

We had to create a really engaging game to cater to female users. It was a complex situation considering the limited time we had.

We selected Pixel Values based on the past experience and strong and structured approach in the initial discussions and proposals shared by them. They have a very professional team who understands our requirements clearly.

The project was to build an interactive game which was based on baking. In this the user gets a set of instructions which are to be followed to complete making the item. These are often quite tricky and are very complex and includes interactive codes, animations and scrollers too.

Very happy with the results from Pixel Values. The overall communication was superb and we had all commitments achieved on time and with great quality.

Quality and timely commitment. The leadership layer is amazing.

Pixel Values Technolabs develop an iOS and Android application for us that is complete now. It's about to be released on the App Store.

Pixel Values Technolabs delivered the apps as demanded. The team was approachable at all times, always open to discuss the project. We get high-quality work at a competitively low cost. Communication was effective and easy throughout the project. There were no complaints; everything went off without a hitch.
