It started a bit unclear. We had an idea, but not exactly how it should work day to day. Early versions looked fine, but when we tried them in real situations, a few things didn’t hold up.
I remember one test where the data didn’t sync properly, which forced us to stop and fix that before moving on. After that, we focused more on reliability than adding new features. A lot of time has gone into making sure the data flows cleanly from the device. Still ongoing, but it feels more stable now.

We’re starting to see it used in small cases, especially at events. It’s quicker to capture details, and there’s less manual follow-up needed after.

• We hired Pixel Appy because our previous website was outdated and did not clearly explain our services. Many visitors had difficulty navigating the site and contacting our team.
