What specific goals or objectives did you hire Pixel Appy to accomplish?

• I contracted Pixelappy to design/develop a mobile application that meets the needs of my law firm's clients. The app was intended to be easy to use, to demonstrate the business's trustworthiness, and to create a way for the client to easily communicate with the firm. I wanted additional functionality to enhance communication between the client and our firm; therefore, their objective was to help me create a fully functional, well-designed mobile app.

Pixelappy's scope of work consisted of user interface/user experience design, all mobile application development, testing, and final deployment of the completed product. The entire process from initial planning/wireframing to writing the code and finally launching the product was provided by them. Deliverables included the completed app, access via an admin panel, and high-performance operation across all devices. They also ensured the app's overall quality was optimised and user-friendly.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We successfully launched the app on schedule, and it met all agreed-upon specifications. Client engagement improved significantly, as did the ease of scheduling appointments using the app. The app works properly, and we have received many positive comments from our clients. Overall, the app has enhanced our firm's online presence.

The project management was extremely professional and structured. I received regular updates throughout the development process. They adhered to the project timelines without significant delays. Deadlines for key milestones were met with no major delays. My overall impression of the deadlines was positive.

The team consistently responded quickly and effectively to my requests. Any time I made an adjustment or had questions, they responded very quickly and professionally. They listened to my needs and offered very practical suggestions regarding those as needed. They communicated very well throughout the entire project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pixel Appy could have done differently?

Overall, my experience with the product I received was positive and satisfactory; however, more frequent updates on the project's status would improve the process. Nevertheless, I was very impressed with the quality of work and the timeliness of delivery. I would not hesitate to work with them again.
