The company was engaged to provide technical support using various technologies to improve our daily business. They performed several critical tasks for us, the most important of which was the implementation and management of our Azure environment.

They also provided email support services that were very effective in resolving technical issues and queries, significantly improving our team's productivity.

By maintaining our Windows Servers, they ensured smooth operations and access to data.

In addition, the company updated and maintained the web design of our blog, which allowed us to improve the user experience through the use of frameworks such as Bootstrap.

The IT support they provided on-site and remotely proved to be crucial. Overall, the expertise and friendly approach of the PC Klinika IT team helped us further optimize our work processes.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The introduction of email support has significantly improved the speed and effectiveness of technical problem resolution. Our employees now receive answers to IT questions faster and more easily, which has led to reduced downtime and increased productivity. Windows server maintenance and tuning have increased the stability and security of our business programs. Due to regular preventive improvements, the number of technical problems has decreased. Modernization of the source code and adaptation to all types of screens has provided a better user experience for our users. With optimized web pages and blogs, our users have been able to find our website more easily, the number of readers has increased, and thus advertising revenue.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Despite the fact that the initial negotiations were awkward (thankfully and through our own fault), the guys from the IT department at PC Clinic did their best to create the best solution for our needs. We can say that the project was completed on time and support during our cooperation was provided to us in the shortest possible time.

Flexibility, creativity and thinking outside the box to stay within budget.

They provide quality service at a relatively low price. Possibly invest in marketing to become a recognizable name. They provide quality service in that price range so we would suggest invest more into marketing to make them more recognizable name in IT support industry in Croatia.
