We needed Patient Connect to help us support digital transformation of healthcare sectors we do and hire them as a part of service where Patient Connect had to take care of EHR scheduling software remotely for our customers. They had to handle all calls within time and enhance the patient connection rate for improved revenue of digital services we provide to land those calls.

Our customers are satisfied with the service so far and confident in continue using the services where they don't have to miss any calls now since the operations are outsourced and revenues are saved. Missed calls rates are almost none now.
