Ordrio was to replace our website with a new one and provide customer apps for ordering and payments. 

Ordrio was also develop an order management flow and delivery app

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Functional website and Apps

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They signed the contract with us in Dec 2022 and we paid 50% of project cost as advance. They claimed to be SAAS platform where they would just a little bit of custom development for us and hence their CEO Sumanth claimed that Ordrio will deliver our project by end of Feb 2023. 

however, project kept on getting delayed time and again and we decided to sign up with another SAAS platform and asked Sumnath (CEO, Ordrio Technologies) for refund of our advance. He kept on giving one or other excuse and delayed refunding. And then after two three months, he claimed that he didn't want to refund as he was getting ready with the solution and promised to deliver soon (Sept 2023). 

We are a small business and we operate a lot on trust so we trusted Sumanth. However, on one or other pretext, he just kept on giving us demos till June 2024. 

in July 2024, we finally said that we are not interested in waiting any longer and will be happy to consider Ordrio as an option whenever they are ready. Sumanth assured us of a quick refund of 50% project cost that was taken as advance however despite regular reminders, all we have received till date are just deadlines to process refund which have never been honored and frankly, we have lost all faith in Sumanth and Ordrio technologies. 

We feel that this not really a business rather a fraud company that just takes some money from small businesses like us who can't sue them as Indian legal system is extremely slow and complex. 

However, we have decided to pursue the matter to its logical end with Sumanth and Ordrio technologies

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to stay in demo mode is exemplary. Ordrio is a master of never completing anything on time. In fact, they are masters in claiming that something has been fixed and then apologize on call that Sumanth wasn't aware of small niggling production issues. 

Sumanth is an impressive talker but beware. That is smoothness of a con man. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ordrio could have done differently?

Company should be shut down and Sumanth should be made to for his crimes against small businesses like ours.
