We were a new startup and wanted best branding for our company and gladly i found Nukes Lab

When i was searching for developers i found Nukes Lab and their portfolio was amazing

We had a zoom meeting discussed everything they started with designing it took 2 weeks then they start development

They are incredibly professional and do outstanding work. They exceeded my expectations and I feel lucky to have found them. Of all the freelancers I have worked with over the years, I have enjoyed working with Nukes Lab the most. I will go back to them again for anything web design. If you are looking for web design work save yourself all the time searching and just have Nukes Lab do it. You will get one of a kind.

They were available most of the time and their communication skills were the best

The good thing about them was they were always available for changes

No they are good almost from every aspect

I am the Manager here . We are serving our clients in 3 different countries

For what projects/services did your company hire Nukes Lab, and what were your goals?

We had a serious accounting and sales problems because we documented everything was manually and our accounting management solution was unstable. As a result we hired this team to develop a customized Sales and Accounting CRM solution that could handle our needs. Our goal was to have a scalable solution to help us track and hit our revenue target .

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them though a referral and considered with 5 other vendors. Because the project was such high priority , we needed a results-driven partner that was committed to providing customer support.

They designed and developed a .NET Core and Angular based CRM solution . We first started with discovery workshop to go over business challenges. Then , they gave us workflows and design mockups to approve before starting production. They completed the project in 12 weeks sprint, which allow us to test functions / use cases and give feedback . The final product automated all our manual intervention and we could sleep in with some peace from that day

There were 5 people in core team , including project manager , a designer , 2 senior developers with assistance of a junior developer

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch project in time , which was a major achievement for us . Within the first few months the solution had automated all sales and financial activities . The data automations also free up our employees time , which allow them to focus on other task. Their team played performed exceptionally well that we decided to continue working with them to maintain the solution.

The project management was great , especially compared to other software companies we have worked with. They also setup CI/CD which was a great thing for us to see rapid delivery and provide feedback. They regularly met deadlines and we never had unexpected turnovers We communicated through Microsoft's Teams ,GitLab, Jira

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had direct access to the whole team, which made it easier to communicate . Things can be lost in translation. If you're only talking to project manager

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

While the quality of work can never be great then this. They were diligent from documentation to excellent production. We are still working with them to improve our sales channel integrations
