Not every client needs a contract, and not every client needs the same speed of response - so priority is straightforward: subscribed clients first, Pay-As-You-Go next, everyone else after that. For subscribed clients, turnaround is a guaranteed number, not a best-effort estimate: Emergency SLA ranges from 6 hours on Starter to 4 hours on Standard, Premium, and Enterprise, and General SLA ranges from 10 hours on Starter to 6 hours on Enterprise - and those are ceilings, not targets. If we have availability right here and now, your ticket is picked up immediately rather than held to fill out the window. That clock runs only during business hours, so a 4-hour SLA ticket raised at 16:59 doesn't expire overnight; it carries over and resumes when support hours reopen. Pay-As-You-Go clients have no fixed SLA, but urgent issues are still picked up as soon as an engineer is free.

Onboarding can be as straightforward as signing a Pay-As-You-Go agreement, getting added to our CRM, and having your first request picked up as soon as you raise it. Or it can be as involved as an infrastructure audit, a full project plan, and sign-off before any work begins. It depends entirely on what you're actually looking for. For PAYG support, onboarding is close to just paperwork: accept the terms, sign, get registered as a client, and you're in the queue. For Managed IT clients, it's more thorough because the stakes are higher - we need to understand existing infrastructure before quoting a modernization, revamp, or major fix. Work like that can be handled within a Managed IT agreement if it fits inside your included support hours, logged and worked against the hours you already have with no separate sign-off needed. Anything larger becomes a Deployment project instead, and there the audit and planning stage is unavoidable - you can't cable a building you haven't measured. Either way, once scope is agreed, the mechanics are the same: accept terms, sign, invoice, get to work.

Yes, without hesitation. An MSP doesn't have to mean replacing what's already there - it can be a seamless extension of it, and the shape that takes depends entirely on your team's size. A small team gets the routine or specialist work taken off their plate: the projects they don't have the hours or the niche expertise for. A larger team gets targeted augmentation - extra capacity where volume is high, or specific skills they don't carry in-house. This is what Co-Managed IT actually means in practice: not a takeover, but a division of labour you define. Licensing sprawl shows up everywhere, from security tooling to VoIP seats to design software, and most of it goes unaudited for years. On average, we help clients save anywhere between 15-30% on their annual licensing commitments once we've gone through everything they're actually paying for. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Azure, Bitdefender, Adobe, and Atlassian are among the brands we manage directly or through distribution partnerships - for Google Workspace specifically, we're an official partner in Cyprus, so reselling, migration, and billing run through us rather than staying advisory. That same coverage extends across backup and storage tools, VoIP and communications systems, and the smaller SaaS subscriptions that tend to pile up unnoticed. In practice, the savings come from the same three places regardless of vendor: inactive accounts nobody remembered to cancel, license tiers that don't match what a role actually needs, and tenants or subscriptions that have quietly duplicated each other over time. Most of it surfaces in the audit, before a single euro is spent on anything new. How involved we get is up to you.
