Their attention to detail, particularly in integrating the video interview, real-time feedback, and scheduling features, demonstrated a high level of expertise and dedication. • Consultation on AI platforms and integration
• Integration of data analytics

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Outcome 1: Create a Minimum Viable Product to test the idea

• Outcome 3: Create a Beta version for release on the App Store

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The team is very strong on the technical side as well as in business development. Of the many issues that come up when making something new, there was no problem that we couldn't solve. I felt that they understood the project's vision, which meant that we could discuss any new ideas openly and honestly.
They've struck a good balance between listening to and implementing my suggestions and pushing back where they needed to, never being shy to propose their own recommendations where they thought it would be a better option. Their work was always on time, and they communicated efficiently, only when needed rather than constantly.

What was your primary form of communication with molfar.io?

Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The strong balance between the technical side and the entrepreneurial / development side and their unique insights into both were the reasons this project has been a success. A lot of coders I have worked with will just either implement directly the client's suggestion or whatever is easiest for them, so having that business development background allows them to think beyond this and really progress the project towards the vision.

Are there any areas for improvement or something molfar.io could have done differently?

With a small team, perhaps being clearer about when the team is fully engaged on another project would be helpful. I could see this as being a potential problem if there are very tight deadlines, but honestly this didn't affect my project as they always delivered on time.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Molfar.io displayed a thorough comprehension of our requirements right away. We gave them a thorough scope of work defining the essential capabilities we needed: user accounts, product listings, payment integration, sustainability tracking, and a feature that allowed users to simply rent or sell their fashion items. Molfar.io followed this concept and began developing the app from the bottom up.

There were difficulties along the way. As the development process advanced, we discovered that some elements needed to be polished, and new functionality were required to correspond with our changing vision. Molfar.io was extremely flexible and cooperative throughout the process. They didn't only keep to the original plan; they reacted to our changing demands, which is critical for a business like ours that is always evolving. We're currently working together to develop and add these features, so the app is precisely targeted to our consumers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We needed a partner that could handle technological difficulties without sacrificing quality because our software was so complicated. Molfar.io created an app that, while still under development, is already creating ripples in the fashion tech world. However, they were minor glitches in an otherwise well-run enterprise. We enjoyed the Molfar.io team's honesty and directness. They listened to our input and made the required changes, demonstrating a real concern for the success of our project.
