With a small team, perhaps being clearer about when the team is fully engaged on another project would be helpful. I could see this as being a potential problem if there are very tight deadlines, but honestly this didn't affect my project as they always delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The management style of molfar.io is very positive, the communication is very direct and open, the team members are always engaged and happy. In an in-person meet we were able to see an excellent team culture in action mostly from the top to the individuals. They have proven to be a reliable and knowledgeable partner in helping us achieve our objectives and deliver an exceptional mobile app experience for our customers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something molfar.io could have done differently?

I don’t think they could improve on anything. It’s hard seeing them do anything better because they’ve exceeded our expectations in most areas.
