Molfar.io worked hard and gave us a fairly priced agreement between molfar.io and my company. Throughout the project they were on schedule for completing each task. After they delivered the App they stayed with me and helped with some issues that my company had deploying the App. They went above and beyond the scope of the agreed framework.

I am the CEO of Orthomechanik. We are a premium producer of massage devices.

For what projects/services did your company hire molfar.io, and what were your goals?

We have hired Molfar.io to develop our App for displaying content related to our massage gun. Already in the very first meeting I was amazed by the great consultation they have given me. They even said that I can start with a website-page mimicking the app as a first MVP. They gave me this advice, knowing that I could do that to be myself, and they would lose the project. I have seldom seen this kind of honesty and quality of consultation.

Molfar.io ended up implementing my app, and it turned out great. The main task of the App was to let our users find the content they need very fast and conviniet.

SOLUTION

How did you select molfar.io and what were the deciding factors?

Molfar.io has achieved the goal by implementing a map of the human body whereby each muscle is clickable, this way the user just clicks on the muscle and sees the related content.

Android and IOS App, app shows our video content in a very efficient way.

How many resources from the molfar.io team worked with you, and what were their positions?

One main contact, but a team of at least 3 or 4 as far as i know.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have done usability tests at this point. All users were very happy and found the App easy to use, uncomplicated and at the same time delivered our content very efficiently.

We have communicated through Slack, The project was scheduled for about 4 weeks, the team delivered on time and even implemented some requested changes.

Their honest communication and being able to come up with creative solutions have been impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not sure what could have improved, project was delivered on time according to agreed specs and even changes were implemented.
